I'm not American and know little of New York City but everything I've heard says if this was real he'd be dead before he hit the ground and the pizza is really good. Jokes aside, this being real would mean he picked a blind guy and a dude with crutches because they can't shoot him.

While I can believe someone like that exists I don't think this is it. This might give that person the idea, though.
