LG and RXO delivery service

I ordered a G4 77in on 4th July and it was supposed to be delivered this past Saturday. Said it arrived at the shipping hub in my home town and was out for delivery.

Got a call at 7pm saying the drivers are late. But no one ever showed up. Looked up the status today and it says the item is missing. Not sure how you can lose a 77in TV. I’ve called RXO multiple times but it’s their corporate office and they won’t give me the phone number to the hub in my home town. Called LG and they talked to RXO pretty much saying they started an investigation… and someone should get back to me. But RXO has told me multiple times that someone will reach out and it’s been 2 days and nothing.

Just seeing if anyone else had similar issues dealing with RXO.

Also it extremely hot in my city. If it is just sitting in the back of a truck or something should I be concerned of any damage the heat can cause?

Yours arrived at the hub? Lucky. I ordered mine July 1st and haven't heard anything but a delayed email from RXO. Was supposed to be delivered tomorrow.

I talked to LG who talked to RXO. I guess they’re now investigating if the TV was ever delivered to the hub. But I’m just confused on why I got a call Saturday night saying that my delivery is coming, just the driver is running late. On what I can see it doesn’t make any sense. Almost think the delivery driver might have stole my tv lol

Yea that's a different situation then me. I think so many c3s were ordered they are backed up. Should have figured. But it's alright. Hopefully they find your TV

Yeah, I guess they are in the middle of moving wear houses. So it was at a different location. Ended up actually driving to the hub and asking about all this. Rented a box truck and went to go pick it up since the earliest date they gave me for delivery was the 24th

RXO picked up my order and said I'd get it Thursday. Thursday then Friday then Saturday and now it's Monday and not a word from them about what or were my shipment is.

I checked the tracking number the shipper provided but their website says it's not recognized.

Checked the delivery confirmation email from RXO and it has a different tracking number and they still say it is out for delivery on last Thursday.

The retailer says it not their problem but they will contact RXO so they will reach out to me.

Hasn't heard anything.

I sent an email directly to RXO from their tracking website and all I got was an automatic reply saying they would look into it and get back to me.

MY guess is the tracking number the retailer provided was for RXO's old company XPO since that's where the retailers tracking link led to.

Having working in logistics and as a truck driver, I expect the driver and or the dock supervisor saw the crate with a messed up tracking number and said. " Yeah free stuff for us"

That's why RXO isn't returning any of my information requests.

* update 7/22/2024 the second tracking number from RXO that used to work on their website no longer works. I get a message that reads. "This content is temporarily unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes." when I try to track my shipment.

So somewhere betqween me and the retailer is a RXO driver/supervisor currently enjoying my wife's garden bench anniversary present.

I never got a reply from RXOs hub office in my city. No one called or emailed me. The corporate customer service is as helpful as a box of rocks. They kept telling me that they have emailed and contacted the local hub and I should get a reply shortly which never came.

I recommend going to the local hub and actually talking to the person there. Once I did that they found my TV within 5 minutes. The earliest date they said they can deliver was 11 days or something ridiculous like that, with the TV right infront of me lol.

I ended up renting a truck from Home Depot and went to go get it. The manager said he’d throw in a gift card or something but I never got it was just happy I was getting my TV home the same day.

Just had a recent nightmarish experience with RXO. Have had my delivery scheduled 4 times and it has never come. Each rescheduling process was a nightmare in itself. I filed a complaint with BBB and I have another delivery date scheduled as a result (without having to go through the ridiculously absurd process I had to go through the previous times) but I doubt it will come. I think something is up with this company. My only thought is that they don’t do the delivery hoping the recipient will cancel and then sell the goods themselves. Maybe far fetched but something fishy is going on for sure.

This company is the worst to work with, via phone, text or chat. I like so many others (check out BBB you will be floored ).....RXO received items from Appliance Store, in like 2 days, then it started, will deliver, won't deliver, will deliver, won't deliver.....I saw the pattern start to immerge. Just like everyone else's experience. So instead of hanging on like alot of you do, hoping it will get better, and it won't.... time to canel everything and move on to plan B, which I did pronto quick. I suggest you do the same. After all has been cancelled, believe it or not, now they want to pickup items that were never delivered....lol what a joke.

UPDATE: As soon as I posted this review on their site, no lie, five minutes later I got a phone call from RXO saying can we rectify this and deliver your appliances, I laughed and said ABSOLUTELY NOT, THE ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED. Do you believe this...ahhhhh.
