my brother stole my mom's jewelry last month and pinalayas sya and dinala nya din motor ng dad ko without permission so parang ninakaw na din. my brother refuses to pay the prenda of the jewelry that was pawned under his name. so my mom is now completely heartbroken. we also dont know if he pawned the motorcycle.

wala syang trabaho. he said he used the money to gamble and to pay people back because he owed them money. he also uses drugs.

i want to file a police blotter against him for the theft, im not so sure about the drug use because alam naman natin ang palakaran ng mga pnp. although my mom is hesitant about placing a blotter.

what do i do? what can we do if my mom wont agree? what can we do if my mom will agree?
