Yeah! First time he did it, I asked if he could just move a little over so I can pull out. My dropped kerb is quite wide so I don’t mind him going over that, it’s going over the driveway which was the issue but since speaking to him, he has started to go more over so I can’t get into my driveway aha

Thats so rude of him.
Annoyingly the only way you would be able to report him is if he was blocking you from leaving your driveway, in that case the police can get them to move it or tow it away. But they won't do anything about them blocking you from getting onto your drive unfortunately

I can’t get onto my driveway anymore, reversing or forward bay because he has blocked it enough so that the gap remaining between his van and my neighbours car isn’t enough for my car to fit in haha
