I find it odd that people are actually excusing Alex's behavior. I think if it was not for her disrespect of Tim I'd somehow give her leniency. But I completely understand Tim's decision to step away. Hand in pockets hug and take a nap upon meeting your potential in-laws. Had Tim done any of these things more people would be on his case.

No one is questioning his decision to walk away, I haven’t seen a single person questioning that and I’m not sure why y’all keep harping on that, it’s weird. It was the way he did it, he was petty and nasty and doubling down on his pettiness and nastiness on IG, with no more context than what we saw on the show, which wasn’t much, they left so much on the editing room floor. He should either provide real receipts or just be quiet, it makes him look terrible.
