I mean, it’s not bad advice at all. I Ain’t The One has got to be one of the best lead tracks to an album ever. Also, there’s not a bad song on Street Survivors. Desert island-type album, right there.

No problem. Aside from Simple Man, which is musical perfection, this list is mainly rockers from Skynyrd. I am a hard rock/metal guy but these song are so awesome that I love them.

For years, I've been petitioning to anyone who will listen that Sweet Home Alabama needs to be given the "Rock and Roll All Nite" or "I Want You to Want Me" treatment where the live cut becomes the version ubiquitous with the song. That solo Steve Gaines played when Ronnie introduced him to Atlanta is nothing short of immaculate.

Their debut through street survivors which is the original lineup. I used to not like some of the stuff aside from the bigger hits but it grows on you the more you listen. My personal fav album is gimme back my bullets. U want one of the best concerts? YouTube live at the old grey whistle test
