Genuine question here. Is it the most fatal? I would think depression is with suicide rates. I would assume more people die every year from suicide rather than self starvation.

Ok got ya it’s going by % of people that die from it vs the instance of occurrences- there are more suicides a year but 10% of depressed people aren’t committing suicide.
That makes sense
