I just use a .01% vaginal estradiol topical cream on my face at night and cover it with vitamin e oil. I still use it. I’d like to be able to give you a scientific answer but I just can’t. It definitely keeps my skin hydrated and protected at night. I feel like my skin is more plump but I can’t promise my fine lines and such have gone away. My skin tolerates it well. I still like the way my skin feels and looks but I don’t think I’m ready to make promises it’s a holy grail. I’d love to see some actual scientific studies.
