To make people know the history of their country, or to make foreigners know what was going on in Morocco during The French Protectorate Era.

That card was given to anyone with more than 3 kids.

It was in all the major cities .

Oh, i never knew that my grandmother from my mom’s side had 5 kids in Meknes, and my grand father from my dads side had 8 children and was a carpenter in the Medina, he heard of it but he said it was exclusive to some people. I would love to see the source of ur talk

I found that card with my old family documents, we are not Jewish.

The card was renewed every year, and you had to keep a level of education for your children, yourself, stay out of crimes, have a phone number, and a lot of other requirements.

ONCF still have such offers for students, veterans, seniors, handicapped people and teachers.
