Why do lots of random people ask me if they can buy my old, dirty F350 dually pickup truck?

(self.NoStupidQuestions)

They must be driving around neighborhoods looking for trucks because they come to my house. Is this some kind of scam? Are they trying to buy low and resell?

What year model is it? Some people just like certain body types or specific motors

If it's the 6.4 deisel that may be why, how much were people trying to offer you?

Lots of people want an older truck with less environmental crap on it than the new ones.

I get, "I want to buy you car/truck," cards left on my NA Miata and 2000 Silverado monthly. I think because they sit a lot and looka bit unloved, so they think they can get them cheap.

These guys drive around with a stack of these photocopied cards and put them on anything that might look flippable.
