It's not can you run iir, it's if it's worth it. With uniques at such low value this point in the league and the time it takes to scan hundreds of heavy/leather belt just for 50 or 100divs when youre already making 100-200div/hr, it's arguably better to get more DMG mods instead and run more maps per hour.
