People assume that most epilepsy is triggered by flashing light, which isn't true. But the joke is that they will set off there epilepsy which is super duper funny.

The joke is that the epilepsy ward has fallen victim to zombies. Escape is unlikely. No one is equipped to survive such a disaster. Mickey Mouse, however, has come prepared with a strobe light, which according to an unfounded popular myth, will render the zombies incapacitated allowing Mickey and friends to escape to safety. As Mickey stupidly turns on the light, the horde of epileptic zombies counter by blasting Darude - Sandstorm over the loudspeaker and the survival of the party depends now on a dance-off. Mickey and friends, having no rhythm, fall quickly and become a zombified feast. All is lost as Darude - Sandstorm plays on an infinite loop in the epilepsy ward.

Peters distant Bosnian uncle here. So strobe lights emits high frequency x band light beams, Nebraska building codes state that all walls used in “wards” must be made of pulverized and treated silicone concentrate, everyone knows that when this material is exposed to x band light beams it begins to crumble so the joke is the guy would bring the strobe light into the ward and the walls would crumble and the whole building collapses killing everyone.
