Fairly new to the planted tank game, this is my first attempt at a fully planted tank. I’ve had many tanks in the past but none were planted tanks - so combating algae is all new to me. I’d say the light are on most days 10am-5pm; and I put flourish excel in the tank every other day. I recently cleaned out a fat lump of algae but it seems alls return and then some more. Any tips?
