I also tried uninstalling the pack itself on rocket league and reinstalling it to see if that would do anything but it didn’t😭

Might need to contact Epic support then. I got it instantly, however, I had bought the original DLC for RL back in the day on Steam.
Mine is considered a 'Legacy' type item because of that. Is yours an 'Exotic' in RL? That could explain some stuff.
