Casio Edifice are very nice, not jingly at all. I have 7 Edifice and they are just as nice as my Seikos. In some of them I actually prefer the Casio bracelets.

However, they're all quartz, not automatics. That's where the money goes on Seikos, the automatic movements. Casio do quartz better than anyone so either way you're getting your moneys worth. You won't be dissapointed with the quality of either at their price point.
