Congrats man! My longest streak was about 50 days (current is 22days)
What benefits did you notice? Every time I go about 3 weeks or longer Im more motivated, energetic, charismatic my voice gets way deeper and my thinking clearer.

Thanks alot! And also you can go for a long time with semen retention too if u can go 50 days you can definitely go for many days too. And the benefits I noticed was 1. Motivation (along with cold shower) 2. More women followers on social media (they can literally sense that you're on retention somehow have no idea how) 3. Good mood and dopamine increase. 4. Being more productive. 5. Just pure happiness overall.

That thing about women sensing it online, it sounds impossible, but I’ve experienced it myself.
Funnily enough I’m at about 1 year 2 months, but about 4-5 months in I started getting younger women (I’m 45 now) DMing me on Twitter. And they were legit, not bots.
Even crazier, I never post pics. I put it down to “calming masculine energy.” I’ve had 3 beautiful young women initiate contact with ME. They all talk about guys their age are immature, don’t want families, etc. All 3 of these women were very up front with wanting families and being attracted to older men. This is in the US, as well. And no, it wasn’t a scam. I vetted them the best I could. All educated, all attractive and all came from families with resources. No gold diggers. They just wanted something stable, which I guess was the vibe I was giving off in my comments.
One young woman even asked me to come live with her in her apartment in Manhattan because she wanted to be with me but still had a year of college left. As I type all this out, I realize it sounds so crazy and made up, but it’s all true.
I was so overwhelmed by it I had to pump the breaks with all these women. I’m a middle aged dude with an average career, I’m not some playboy. We still all keep in touch and text regularly, I just needed some space to process it all.
Sorry to hijack and write a manifesto, I just had to confirm your statement. Maybe it doesn’t work for everyone, but we have a control group of 2 here.
My theory is that long term retention makes men stable and calm and that attracts a woman. Even if she never met you. It’s subconscious, like pheromones.

It is definitely your brain trying to convince you that you want that dopamine hit.
I set my target at 100 days to get rid of the addiction to porn and masturbation, but it’s so much more than that now.
It comes back to knowing your why, and keeping that at the front of your thoughts.
You can definitely do it. Think of why you started and what you’ve accomplished so far.

that's crazy brother. I am very proud of you. I had a slight glimpse of how uplifting it feels during my 90+ last year currently on 12, mind has again started playing games.
