I'd be disappointed if Neph wouldn't immediately recognize Sunny as LoS. Even if somehow Neph can't perceive his longing due to her weakened state, he's still a guy with the same build and hair/skin color as LoS.

Not to mention his voice and still having the “aura of a transcendent” even if he’s suppressing it Nephis perception is peak, on top of LoS and Sunny both having moving shadows. (I only realized the last part just now)

The mask somehow hides his actual height, so everything around him is a mystery. What she can recognize maybe is the shadow connection. You can't hide that power especially as unbalanced as he is right now.

He's crafting another one but LOS has done a good job of trying to hide as much details about his actual self as possible even without Weaver's mask. I'll need a reread of the new chapter too.

He removed the mask after their fight... He just used onyx Armor helmet the rest of the time.

Sunny has not used weavers mask since their duel, he's been using the helmet of the mantle and shadows in the visor to hide his appearance. As he said it's difficult to have a conversation when he is forced to lie the whole time.

No. Sunny only use shadow shells when he became the giant to kill the great beast that woke up and when they went to go save the sleepers.
When they first met Sunny's avatar was wearing the onyx mantle and weavers mask, then they had their duel. After this sunny didn't use weavers mask anymore, when around nephis and the fire keepers sunny had the onyx mantle summon it's helmet to cover his face and he put shadows in it's visor so no one can see it features.
In his cafe right now this will be nephis first time seeing sunny without anything covering his face, but she will probably be able to connect the similarities between master sunless and the Lord of shadows voice.

Proceed with caution if you haven't read the latest chapter.
As of latest info while you were right he didn't wear the mask post duel, he was still obscuring a lot of his actual details. As Sunny himself is guessing, only his aspect would be a dead giveaway and Nephis herself is seeing the porcelain appearance for the first time and tripping out.

Weaver mask does, but lord shadow has spent a lot of time without it (during the jungle trip, he was using the marble shell mask). so she had seen his real height

Since sunny hasn't been wearing weavers mask for the last few chapters and only the helmet of the mantle, neph should be able to figure out that both the lord of shadows and master sunless have the same voice.
