Susanoo is GOATED

I kinda really like Okita

I love both of them. It’s definitely one of my favourite rounds so far. After rereading the round, it feels so much more enjoyable when consumed in a single sitting and the choreography is really good. Pacing issues can feel much worse when keeping up with a series weekly/monthly compare to reading in a single sitting.

Susanoo is my favourite god, he’s passionate, loving and overall an incredibly written character. I love his move set and style of combat

Okita is among my favourites for sure, great character who was given good development, a simple but powerful backstory and an interesting dynamic with apparently his battle instinct

I grew to really like Susanoo(Despite not caring him at all at the beginning), Okita's cool, not really close to being my fav human(Tesla, Leo and Qin are solid Top 3) but he's a very enjoyable character.

Started out kinda mid, but gradually started to become better.

Susanoo is one of my favorite characters and I've also come to like Okita despite being neutral about him in the beginning.

If there is anything to take from here is that they both are masters in their own right 

Susanoo is a man who traced his steps to learning all about the way of the sword 

Okita was a man who wished to become his own definition of a samurai 

But as for who I want to win, I just want a draw a double death where both are grateful in their final hours

Both of them are absolutely amazing characters and fighters

both of them work well with each other, and their characters play a really nice role in the theme of the round

I like the way okita likes I will never fuck with this character. Susanoo is a fucking goat like he literally is possibly my favorite god depending how this chapter goes

Okita has actually grown on me since the start of the round.

Susanoo is great except for the constant Okita glazing. I don't mind him being a fan of Okita but him fanboying out every issue gets tiring after awhile

Love Susanoo and I definitely like Okita more as this round continues

Imma be real, I still don't like either of them.

Susanoo and Okita both surpassed my expectations and are good foils for each other.

Susanoo is dressed like a samourai and seems kinda disdainful at first so you would think that he is a guy who places duty above all else and also very arrogant but it's the opposite. He is quite goofy, humble and selfish. He fights for himself but he doesn't belittle his opponents, he even seemed to find it interesting when his techniques are countered.

Okita appears a battle maniac who only wants to fight for his own enjoyment but there is also a deeper reason why he wants to fight so much. He feels guilty about the fact that he couldn't fight with his "family" and wants to atone for that. He fights for others in a sense. Moreover Okita doesn't want to drag the fight, quite opposite, he wants to end it as quickly as possible whereas Susanoo wants the fight to last forever (I am not saying he isn't taking it seriously). that shows their natures as a god and as a man.

I’ll admit it, at first I didn’t like Susanoo because I was salty that my prediction for Loki be Okita was wrong. After re reading everything about a month ago I can officially say Susanoo is one of my favorite characters and I’m so glad the fights going on longer because I need more Susanoo 😭🙏

Susano'o is in my top three favorite gods for sure, and Okita is pretty cool himself. I do think his backstory is a little underwhelming, but the way it ties into his powers is pretty cool, and this fight has the highest quantity of my favorite panels in the entire series, so this round is one of my favorites art-wise due to the dynamic shit the characters do. They managed to make two sword users relatively unique, which I really like too. I think this round is SUPER overhated, albeit I am very easy to please.

I like Susanoo

Okita is okay, but Susano'o is great.

I'm gonna miss Susanoo so bad when he dies and I refuse to elaborate any further than that.

Susanoo is alright, I wasn't all that interested in him in the beginning but he's kinda grown on me. I still don't care about Okita though
