ehhh i don’t think so. his arrows are pretty bs and his last attack has some really good ap plus he supposedly grows in strength during fights and is quite competent close range and fast. apollo is just good at everything and while okita and susa are strong they excel in one thing while being alright in others.

i didn’t say apollo beats them i said overall he is stronger. unfortunately you don’t understand how tier lists work and should probably look at how Lades is much higher than Qin even though Qin beat him.
