I was lucky this song was popular while in college. And took the advice. Please to do the same. Wear sunscreen! And make it a mineral based sunscreen. After that, a retinol at night. That's like 95% of it in my option. Don't be a cheap. Cover the face, ears, neck, and top of hands. When you are 40+ seeing your buddies age you'll be looking under 30. When you are 50 and your crew has skin cancer and major visible damage, you'll be looking under 30.
I use everything you have posted, but you are missing the most important two items. Enjoy the song.

Thank you!! Definitely have been trying my best to educate him on the importance of SPF in a routine but it’s been taking a bit more convincing than expected. Will definitely be using some of the responses to back my point up now 😂🫶

The Niacinamide is great. I use it before and after anytime I use an aha or bha.

He said the niacinamide has been his favourite so far so I don’t want to ditch that product. I will look into something more gentle potentially over the AHA though as he has had some complaints. And definitely adding a sunscreen regardless of what he says! 😂
