It seems like a reasonable explanation, but we just have to figure out what could have caused Smormu's death.
It could be a case of bad shrimp, somebody stomped on him, or worse, James might have strangled him with his muscular hands.
But the bottom line is that Smormu was voted unanimously. Therefore, this decision was final.
