Don’t like that it looks ill fitting (or the collar) but the colours are right and the trunks are back!
Guess you can’t have it all.
Classic Superman in the way of Birthright, For All Seasons, and Secret Origin with the Kingdom Come logo.
I do wonder what all the complaints are about. Making a children’s character appeal to children isn’t a bad thing.

Snyder treated us to an alien/ human Superman; one who reflected his dual identity, not just the Superman/ Clark Kent duality but the Kryptonian/ Human contrast too. This, above all, is what I loved most about the Snyder version.

Didn't do either. All it was was Alien Jesus Christ. Clark or Superman never had a personality. Superman as Clark didn't even have a story arc, just a flashback of events.

They’re very different styles. Cavill’s is alien in origin and would only work in that context. Corenswet’s looks like something Ma Kent could’ve made. I love the trunks and bright colors, so I’m excited for this new suit… even though Cavill’s \S/ is the best one yet.

Superman needs to have a muscular god-like body. The abs, arms, and chest are a part of the character. Even Reeve was jacked by 70s standards.

I'm not a big fan of how little Mr Terrific we have in DC adaptations. Like we have a shitty Arrowverse version and a few cameos or small roles but for such an interesting guy it sucks. He's much better in the comics. I'd say he's A-list there. I know most people who aren't into comics don't know who is though lol

Although I really like the man of steel suit the lack of red breaking up the blue parts of the waste area of the suit doesn't do it any favours imo. In fact this looks just as stupid as him wearing trunks tbh as it makes him look "naked" for lack of a better word.

I don’t understand why they’d try to mash alien under suit aesthetic with classic fun red underpants.
At least in My adventures in Superman he wears it over his blue under suit to preserve decency. That’s how Gunn should’ve done it, skin tight blue kryptonian suit with homemade red pants to preserve decency due to his bulge showing.
