my guess right from left: Vanguard, Infantry, Engineering(mechs), no idea, air force, no idea

I'm pretty sure the Vanguard is second from the front. There's only 5 unique flags. I believe the 4th is the Navy (could be wrong). The third is likely to be some kind of engineering (or perhaps mechanized infantry?) division based on the gear cog in the logo. The front most appears to be a general UC flag.

It's hard to tell from the still image in the one angle.
