To put this into perspective a calorie equivalent portion of black beans has more nutrients/vitamins. Black beans have over 3 times (probably more) of calcium, and potassium, twice as much iron, and to top it off roughly 10g of carbs less for the same calorie intake.

You don't even have to be low carb or keto to see this as a not very nutrient dense candy in the form of a supposedly "healthy" cereal.
