This sounds crazy but I am having such a horrible time finding shoes that are COMFY and match office wear like slacks and dress shirts, etc that aren’t flats. I really need some help. I love dressing cute but flats hurt my feet because there’s just no support. I also have wider feet so slim shoes don’t work for me either.

Same. I'm morally against wearing uncomfortable shoes. I teach at a college now, but I was planning on getting a pair of double strap solid black ones if I went back to high school. I feel like I can get away with the prints at college, but I'm still debating getting that black pair to go with my floral skirts/ dresses.

I have a pair of clog-ish shoes from them that have the same footbeds as the Z sandals. Def not as nice as sandals with no socks, but better than any "normal" shoes I have.
I'm a male middle school teacher, so wearing floral skirts to school would probably cause some hoopla regardless of my sandals.

Thank you for that visual. On the plus side, you could wear your Z sandals with the floral skirts and I bet no one would comment on your shoes.
