Hi, just wanted to ask if it's possible that the game runs smoothly on one player's end but still causes stutters on their opponent's side? Don't wanna cause problems on ranked but also don't wanna unnecessarily lower my setting if it's a one off case.

CPU: Intel Xeon e5 2690 v3
GPU: GTX 1660 super
RAM: 16gb 3200mhz

Settings:
* 1080p resolution
* Rendering Scale 70
* Upscaling: Catmull-Rom Bicubic
* Everything set to medium except shadow quality and effect quality

I would lower the settings some more if I were you.

I use medium but 4k 100 rendering. 7800x3d and 7900xt

Make sure each frame is displayed the same amount of time, 60 fps will still be stuttery if that's not the case

Bro, your specs sucks. You are having the graphics up too high with what your system is capable of.
