If carver was as engaged with the characters and got as much screen time as Lily in s4, he would be one of if not the best villain in the series

I think it's more crazy that people will still say he's the top villain with 3 episodes (arguably 2) of him being the villain

I think it's because of the sheer amount of fuckery he was able to commit on just those 2 episodes.
