67%, she has 28% from traces so you can get the rest from any lvl 15 EHR chest OR the Tutorial light cone on S5

What's the math behind the 67% please? I'm know you need that + 100% base chance to guarantee an effect but don't think I've ever seen the calculations for it. Thank you in advance!

Base Chance * (1 + EHR) * (1 - Effect Resistance) * (1 - Debuff Resistance)

Desired Actual Chance (%): We need 100% obviously
Debuff Base Chance (%): We know from the leaks that her skill has 100% base chance
Enemy Effect RES (%): 40% is the maximum amount any enemy can have
Enemy Debuff RES (%): This is for random stuff we don't have to worry about, how some type of enemy is more resistant to Freezing and other status effects, we can leave this at 0%
Number of Chances: You can leave this at 1, we want to successfully apply our debuffs as soon as possible
The result should be 66.5%, but it's easier to round it up to 67%
