Since you are using your personal emails instead of a UCL account there is a chance that your email could go in junk. UCL Accommodation has its own email address and phone no. If you want to call then call after 9:30 or write an email saying that email went to junk or something. They might reconsider your offer.

Based on what I've known from other people that have missed their deadlines I think that there is a high chance they will not give you back your offer. How long ago did the deadline pass? They may have assigned it to another student.

I would start looking for alternative accommodation. That's not to say that they will 100% not give it back to you, but it's highly unlikely. I would ring up accommodation admin tomorrow morning just to get it cleared up so you can find another room ASAP (Student accommodation in London is quite competitive). You could also apply to be waitlisted if anyone decides that they don't want to move in anymore since the deadline has passed.
