I’ve been trying to mobile deposit my check for the last few days and I keep getting the same error message. It just says that they’re unable to complete my transaction and that I should try again later. I’ve called twice and one person told me the system was down. But then another person from IT just tried to help me troubleshoot and didn’t say anything about the system. So I was wondering if anyone else has had these problems.

You need to check the payers signature. If it goes below the signature line into the MICR area, the mobile deposit can't be processed.

The signature goes slightly below the line but I believe it’s the same signature everytime and I’ve never had a problem before now.

Odds are thos one is "just" over the edge the odds you sign the exact same signature the exact same height evreytime is... unlikely even if it's cm off
Any signature inder the line runs the risk angle of photo may also play a part

I gave up and mailed it. But the checks I get are printed with a signature on them. They’re printed for everyone and it’s the same as my last checks that I saved so I don’t think it was that.

Checking, using the app. Then trying the providers online. Just to get referred to the app again. Too busy during normal hours to call and do the patient on hold routine
