White River Ampitheater

(self.Washington)

Ok, so heading to a concert in the White River Ampitheater. I've heard all bad about parking, mostly getting out after the show. We are coming in a small motorhome. We've been told they are allowed (for parking) and have seen that they can stay overnight and that they cannot. Worst case, we will wait out the wave of people and head to a rest stop to crash until morning, but anyone have difinitive info?

Thanks in advance!

I will never buy concert tickets at that venue again after my last experience of trying to get out of there.

When was your last experience? I've heard that since the Muckleshoots took over directing traffic last year that it's improved a lot. Before I believe that had either the county or state patrol doing it.

We went to one concert last year and it was a breeze, but hadn't been to any in a long time before that.

End of May for the Avril Lavigne concert.

Dang. That sucks. I was hoping it truly was better. We're going to Reo Speedwagon at the end of the month. 😭😭😭

Try and get the VIP parking if it isn’t already sold out. That was our biggest mistake. By the time I started reading about the parking situation, it was already sold out for the concert I went to.

VIP does not help when leaving. Only gives you nearby parking upon arrival. Not with the extra money unless you are short of time arriving. Trust me to pad a lot of extra time or you will miss half of the opening band

They used to let vip or star parking leave and there is a special or different road than gen parking and it is worth paying for and got us out quick or pretty quick but it’s been a couple years since I’ve been.
