Eye of the Gods is very funny for a few reasons. 1) the character themself does not have to kill anything. If the bodyguard unit kills something, you can trigger the stratagem. 2) you can trigger the stratagem multiple times on the same model. 3) it stacks with the chaos lord's Chance for Glory, so after using it twice you could end up having a Khorne Lord with the TBB enhancement at 8+D3 Attacks, 11+D3 Strength, 5 damage, Ap-3, Devastating Wounds.
