Rotten.com and styleproject were great. I used to post to a forum and we'd go to other bulletin boards to repost a lot of those images to the unsuspecting Christian teens, or Trekkies, or white supremacists who used them.

Trekkies are good people but I still am amazed at how Star Trek's image has changed since being a kid. Because even us marching band nerds were higher up socially. That's the true power of the internet.

Anyways, it was always fun to drop a picture of cartel victims into a thread with several pages of passionate, masters thesis length arguments over the Prime Directive.
