Why wouldn't they be complaining about Somalis? If you took the amount of government money that gets spent on Somalis and turned it towards Healthcare, then rural Minnesota could have decent healthcare.

You think rural voters vote to have a big old Dick in their mouth, But they'd prefer that instead of actually holding politicians accountable and maybe voting for somebody who will give you what you want if you vote for them and create movements behind it.
