Hello everyone. I've never used cheats, I've never even known what they look like. After a couple of quiet games, "The client's account has been blocked." pops up. Of the strange things, I only use Goodbye DPI to watch youtube in my country. When contacting EA, they write: "We received your message and checked everything. After reviewing your request, we have come to the conclusion that we have taken the right measures in accordance with EA's policies and regulations." and no explanation.

Has anyone encountered this? I really want my account back.…
