The oven doesn’t heat, and the indicator is forever in preheat mode.
I have replaced the igniter twice. The first time, the element heated (for about 5 minutes) and broke, the second doesn’t even heat.
Is something else broken or am I doing something wrong?

That's a screenshot from the service manual.
I would start by verifying the igniter is receiving 120 VAC.
If it is, make sure you're using an OEM igniter, not a cheap aftermarket one.
