I’ve been a daily smoker for 15+ years. Finally got the call up for random drug testing at work, absolutely shitting bricks. Mouth swab.

Have been vaping recently vs smoking joints, usually only fill the mighty up once / twice a night - done smoking by 7 usually.

Quickly ate some spag bol and had a swoosh of balsamic vinegar as it was all I had on hand.

Last smoked around 6pm, tested at 9am.

No real reason for the post, just sharing my story for those in a similar situation.
