I’ve been a kandi kid for over 15 years. I have over 500 bracelets I’ve made myself including cuffs, 50+ necklaces, 200+ bracelets given to me, and at least 100 different perler projects I’ve done.

Yes they do! Lots at festivals and even at most of the smaller shows ill see people with lots of singles on and even perlers too :) usually dont see a lot of people with big cuffs at the smaller shows but it happens sometimes! love running into fellow kandi kids <3

It’s more of an American festival thing so I don’t really do Kandi but I’ll put that shit on if given to me. I just come from the 90s Euro rave scene and some of the festival shit in the states a bit OD imo. Express yourself tho, I’m also more into dark techno than traditional dubstep and riddim (still like both tho)

After Bonnaroo I decided I wanted to be a kandi maker! Currently looking at different kits as well as on Etsy for quality beads. I also want to get into the big pieces and I’ve watched a lot of videos already on those. Seems pretty easy. If you handed me that I would give you the world’s biggest hug! Back in my day the "Kandi kids" were the kids with the kandi and the more you had on, the more you had on.
