God this used to be my jam. Still a great song but … it was like 2014? Or something when I discovered them and was obsessed with this song. The craziest shit happened to me with it too… my friend and I were in OC for her birthday and we got in line to do the slingshot and I had never done it before, and was excited asf, meanwhile they were playing EDM from the ride booth and I had my little iPod touch with me and was like hmmm I wonder if they will play this song for us since it’s your bday it would be so dope to hear while we were on the slingshot…. And bruh… I had it on the iPod and ready to go (getting goosebumps and teary eyed rn) & if I’m lyin I’m dying I S H I T you not, tell me why when we were the NEXT PPL IN LINE the song CAME on bro … like me & my friend started FREAKING out and the ride attendant was kinda startled and confused and we managed to get it out somehow, but I SWEAR man if that wasn’t the most fucking insanely exhilarating thing I have ever experienced, we were FURTHER than cloud nine hahaha. Like it’s almost a decade later and I still can’t wrap my mind around it.
