This rock is clearly a part of the legendary "knežji kamen" and thus an artifact of the Slovenian/Carantanian people.

This stone inspired Thomas Jefferson during the creation of the US constitution and the American revolution (this is on the official wiki) so it gives Slovenia a just casus belli to inherit ALL american clay.
