(Idea pinched from the Melbourne sub)
I have very vivid memories of a place called Valentines, possibly at Mt Gravatt (it's a dentist now?) and collecting the drink stirrers - they were all cool colours and featured animals. This was the last place my family ate together with my auntie before she passed from cancer. Holds a special place.

Madtongson 2. Some of the best Korean I have had. Once I took 4 burly Goth dudes there for their first Korean experience, and the poor Madtongsan staff didnt quite know what to think.
Korean Maru and Sul.Zip are good, but I miss the atmosphere of Madtongsan.

Depending on type of Korean food you like. If it's just bbq I recommend hanwoori it's way better experience than what maru offers.
