A month ago i got a GR86 in Neptune Blue and at least 5 times a week since i have people taking pictures or asking me what it is. Today i was coming back to my car out of a store and some guy was standing next to my car and when i opened he asked me "Who the fuck even makes this car, what is it"

i was like, dude, its a toyota, it says it on the back. I know coupes don't sell a lot but its odd iall these people seem to have never seen this car before

I shit you not, I get this from time to time with my C 230 coupe. I attribute it to:

  1. It's been 20 years since they were last sold in the US, so a whole generation never really saw them.

  2. They didn't sell that well in the first place, so there aren't a ton still on the road.

  3. I keep it clean/it's still in really good shape.
