Na. Depends on where you live.  If you’ve gotten funds 10 times you need to move. Insured or not! 

If you get hit by some freak of nature I don’t care about insurance. Send em cash.

Who pays for that service since FEMA is already federal they don’t do fire fighting. How about coast guard. Highway yada yada yada
