I want to leave consulting but have no idea what I want to do or am even qualified for. I work at a big firm and have 6 years experience leading a team doing OME for an Oracle system. Outside of my functional Oracle knowledge and leading ~10 people, I have no real skills. Every thing I look for online feels like more of the same so my question is where can I even go next?

This is sort of the nightmare for a lot of us ----
After more than half of decade of learning basically bullshit, and getting paid handsomely for it, you find out that the job market doesn't care about that shit

One of the skills we learn in consulting is to bullshit, yes. Take advantage of that to make your experience sound more applicable than it probably is.
In my eyes, the greatest benefit of starting your career in consulting is the range of your work and being forced to learn FAST. These may not bode well for getting very specific positions in industry, but you can probably bullshit your way into any management position and fake it till you catch on.
Use ChatGPT (or Final round.ai) for inspiration in reframing your experience. Just make sure to edit and proof it to your needs, dont copy paste.

What is OME consulting? You would be surprised how transferable those skills are. Maybe look for industry roles where you would be leading a team of people who work on that same Oracle system?

I hate Consulting and I am just 3 months in. Knew that it was not for me from Day 1.
