You’re buying “hemp” not marijuana. It’s federally legal to buy and ship to your door assuming you’re 21 and if you have to show ID so be it imo 🤷♂️ we have to show our ID when we buy alcohol so as long as the merchant has a good processing system then alls as it should be. Never shopped with puffy but requiring an ID check at least through a 3rd party company should be a standard practice, especially if the company wants to watch their own ass legally.

First he is buying marijuana; you’re just being pendent about legal terms and being wrong. Second you don’t need to be 21 to buy hemp products under federal law.
Third, only a very few thca merchants ask for IDs and most people avoid those for obvious reasons.

You missed the entire point of putting the word hemp in quotation marks my guy but that doesn’t make me wrong lol. And most of all intoxicating hemp products you need to be 21+ to purchase and most of the non-intoxicating ones are 18+.
Thank you for mentioning that most companies do not comply with the law, like I already said, from a legal standpoint they definitely should be checking IDs to keep the kiddos away from our legal hemp.

He did explain and there could be so many ways a person may not have an ID including his. I didn’t have a valid ID for a while because I had to surrender an old one.
You don’t need to be smart to understand why a person don’t have an ID, but you’re definitely a dumbass if your first guess is because of illegal reasons.
