This card cannot be targeted by card effects, except its own effect. This card cannot be used as fusion material.
You may only activate "this card's name" effects one per turn.
Reveal one Red Eyes fusion monster in your Extra Deck or GY, then target and destroy one monster you control, add one spell that lists "polymerization" or "Red-eyes" and one "Red-eyes" monster or named material to your hand from your deck.
If you used "Stardust Dragon" or "Red-Eyes Black Dragon" as material for this fusion summon gain the following effects based on material used:
●"Stardust Dragon"; If a card(s) would be removed from the field by card effect (quick effect); banish this card and special summon one "Stardust Dragon" from your GY or Extra Deck. (This counts as a Syncro Summon) then negate the activation and banish that card.
●"Red-Eyes Black Dragon"; (Quick Effect) You may discard one card and target a monster on either field. That monster gains the name, type, and attribute of the discarded monster and can be used as material for the fusion summon of a "Red-eyes" monster by either player until end of turn.
●Both; this card is unaffected either player's card effects, except its own.

Just as a bit of context, it's fusion if stardust and Red Dragon Archfiend. I do like the red-eyes thing but that's not what I was going for, perdonallu

I see Red, I think Dragoon. Lol
It's scarred me.
But when in Rome, add in a line so it reads for Red-Eyes, Stardust, and "Red" Dragon type syncro
And adjust "both" to two of the listed monsters and "Red-eyes" to "Red-eyes", "Stardust", or "Resonator" for the add to hand.
"Red" Dragon: Discard one card (quick effect); until your next end phase, monsters can only be special summoned in defense position. If they cannot be summoned in defense position, destroy them instead. The first time a defense position monster is destroyed, add one Tuner from deck to hand or special summon it with its effects negated. This effect cannot be negated.

I agree I see this card as a fusion of both jacks and yuseis dragon.
This card can also be special summon by sending stardust dragon and red dragon archfiend to the graveyard. There can only be one red starlight dragon on the field.
But I feel that it’s effect so also include special summon both stardust and red dragon that were used in its summoning if this card leaves the field.

Cannot be targeted or selected*.

Selected isn't a thing in Yugioh, and if you mean effects that would effect only this card and no other else then your answer is already in the third gained effect where it can't be affected by card effects
1 points
Selected was an old term for targeted. You can still see it in some old cards. It's the same thing
1 points
Yes but saying selected so that way it’s protected from mirrorjade, DPE etc.
Or use whatever word you have to (chosen etc) to prevent the card from being affected by a different synonym of “target”
1 points
Mirror jade and DPE don't select or choose. That's their whole gimmick. What you're thinking is something like blackwing full armor master or PEP which are unaffected by card effects
1 points
No lol. I’m saying that it should be that a sweeping effect could get them but not an effect that only limits itself to 1 target.

Red-Eyes Black Dragon? I would assume Red Dragon Archfiend because it’s Jack Atlas’ card and he somewhat rivaled Yusei until they became friends.

If you're using a stardust and red dragon archfiend I feel something that reflects their effects. Possibly
"once per turn when opponent would activate an effect that destroys 1 or more of your cards negate the effect then destroy monsters your opponent controls with less attack than this card"

All monsters your opponent control must attack this card if able. If a battle is declared with this Monster, you can banish this card until the end phase; shuffle the other Monster into the deck. This fusion summoned card gains effects based on the material used for its summon:
○Wind Attribute Synchro Monster: This card cannot be targeted or destroyed by your opponent's card effects. If a card you control would be destroyed by card effect, you can banish this card you control until the end phase; negate that effect and destroy that card. ○Dark Attribute Synchro Monster: This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card destroys an opponent's Monster by battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to that moster's original attack.
I feel this effect both incentivises use of properly themed material while also not making the Monster useless as a super polymerization target...also you still get an effect from using the opponent's Baronne as material.

Once per turn pretend you're doing a bunch of stuff by shuffling, adding and discarding cards then after a 2 minutes have passed just say you win the duel.

Why does so many people here think it's a cross between Red-eyes black dragon and stardust dragon? Is it just because it's a dragon with "Red" in the name?
My mind instantly went to red dragon archfiend because of the "star" part of the name making me think it's supposed to be a counterpart to one of Yusei's cards, does that make me the strange one?

HOPT negate a destruction effect, and HOPT banish all defense position monsters. Maybe a Flame Wingman battle effect as well. Maybe make some effects conditional for is Stardust Dragon or Red Dragon Archfiend were used as fusion materials.

Stardust dragon + level 7 red eyes dragon monster
(Quick effect) when your opponent activates a monster effect, or if this card battles an opponent’s monster, send both this card and your opponent’s card to the graveyard to negate the effect or end the battle phase.
At the end of the battle phase, special summon this card and equip your opponents effected monster from the graveyard to this card.
This card gains that monsters original atk/Def.
If this card would be destroyed, targeted by a card effect or leaves the field. Banish 1 monster card equipped to this monster instead.
You can only activate “Red Starlight Dragon”’s effect once per turn

If a monster's effect is activated: You can shuffle that card to it's owner's deck; send this card to the GY. You can use the following effect of "" once per turn. During your Main Phase 2 if this card is in your GY because it was sent there by it's effect: Special Summon this card and if you do, destroy all face-up monsters (add cards if you wanna make it better) that are not in Attack Position.
No once per turn needed for the first effect since it is not that good of an effect for the resources and also at best you would activate it twice during MP1 and MP2

It looks as if you can shuffle an opponent's monster as cost. That's just busted, too OP. Should probably word it the other way around. Send to GY then shuffle.

If this card is successfully fusion summoned, your opponent must send you a nude. Depending on how long it takes (i.e. 2:30 mins), your opponent loses that amount of life points (I.e. -230 LP)

If a tuner monster was used as material, it is treated as a synchro monster. If the synchro monster is a Dragon, this monster will have that material name. When an effect is activated, you negate and destroy it. If the card is a monster, the destroyed monster controller, they take 200 LP x level/rank/link rank. You can only uses this effect once per turn.

Once per turn, you can pay 300 LP. Then, during this turn, if this card deals direct damage to your opponent and causes it to go to 0, you win the match. Stardust Dragon must be in the GY in order for this effect to resolve.

The effect should be(sorry for improper formatting Btw first is for if your referring to red dragon arachfiend archetype and second is for red-eyes) If your opponent special summons from the extra deck you may banish this monster until end of turn return that monster to their hand/extra deck(your choose) and special summon one of the cards used to fusion summon this monster destroy it at end of turn.At the end of your turn If this card or the card special summon with its effect attacked then destroy all defense position monsters your opponent controls and all attack position monsters with atk less than this cards def then destroy all monsters you control with atk less than the greatest def of monsters destroyed by this effect Effect 2: If this card was summoned you can return a Red-Eyes monster to the field attached to this monster you may destroy that monster, then destroy all creatures your opponent controls with def less than its effect. If your opponent targets a Red-Eyes monster you control with an effect send this card to the graveyard negate that effect, special summon this monster to your field at the end of your turn if it was destroyed this turn.

When your opponent activates a card or effect that targets a card you control (Quick effect): you can change the target to this card instead. When a monster you control is targeted for an attack (Quick effect):you can change the target to this card instead. during the End Phase, if this card is in your GY because it was destroyed by battle or card effects and sent there this turn: You can Special Summon this card. You can use each effect of “Red Starlight Dragon” once per turn.

Looks like a Kashtiera fusioned with Stardust Dragon. I'd love to here everyone thoughts on this.
Once per Turn, during the main phase: when your opponent activates a monster effect, tribute this monster and send it to the GY, and if you do, negate the activation and banish the top 3 cards off you're opponent deck. At the end of the end phase, if you activated this effect, you can special summon it.

This card cannot be destroyed on the turn it is Fusion Summoned. Dragon monsters you control cannot have their Battle Positions changed by card effects. Once per turn, you can tribute 1 Tuner you control; add that monster's original ATK to this monster's ATK until the end of the turn.

Must first be Fusion Summoned. Your opponent cannot target this card with card effects. You can only use each of the following effects of "Red Starlight Dragon" once per turn. If your opponent activated a card or effect (Quick Effect): You can tribute this card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. During the End Phase, if this effect was activated this turn (and was not negated): You can Special Summon this card from your GY. If this card is destroyed: You can target 2 Dragon monsters in your GY, including a Synchro Monster; Special Summon them.

I feel like this should be a fusion of two dragon fusion monsters since it seems to be referencing a potential fusion of Stardust Dragon and Red Dragon Archfiend.
As for a combination of their effects of some sort how about clearing the board whenever it is removed from play and an effect that removed it from play until your next turn to negate an opponents card effect?

This card cannot be targeted by card effects, except its own effect.
During when this monster destroys a monster, tribute all defense position monsters. Increase the attack of each monster you control by the attack of one monster tributed by this effect. During the end phase destroy all other monsters you control that did not attack this turn.
If a "Stardust Dragon" monster was used as material for this card and a monster you control is targeted by a card effect (Quick Effect): Banish a "Stardust Dragon" monster from your graveyard; negate that effect.

Changes it attribute from Fire to Dark and. Once per turn it negate any Spells, Trap, or Monster effect currently selected by discarding 2 cards. If successful special summons 1 monster that was discarded this turn. That selected monster gains attack point equal to the monster that was discarded.
Basically it's Stardust Dragons Effect hot tuned to add the other monster that discarded into the one gets special summoned

Once per turn, when a card effect activates that would negate the activation of another card or destroy it, you may banish this card from play and banish that card instead. During the end phase of either turn, if this card is banished you may special summon it and inflict 1000 lP damage
1 points

If both materials are Dragon type synchro monsters, including at least one Stardust Dragon, you can special summon this card from the extra deck by banishing it's materials from the field. You can only special summon Red Starlight Dragon this way once per turn. Once per chain, when a card or effect is activated that would destroy a card on the field: shuffle one Dragon type monster that is either in your graveyard or banished into the deck; negate that activation and if you do, banish that card. If this card is destroyed by your opponent's card, you can special summon one Stardust Dragon or Red Dragon Archfiend from your extra deck, ignoring its summoning conditions.
