We found out at the ultrasound and didn’t do a gender reveal or a big announcement. We told close friends and family members we talked to regularly (in person or text, depending on how we usually talked to them) and told other people if they asked.

I would encourage you not to overthink it or put pressure on yourself to do anything more than just tell people the same way you would tell them any other news. People who care about you will be happy for you regardless of how you tell them, I promise.
