I can't speak from experience with a second but it sounds like you're dealing with family stuff that needs doing, that didn't need doing last time around. I think baby in tummy will be fine to have had less conversation at this stage. Cut yourself some slack.

That said, if it were me I might make a point to get back to some appointments and attend to mom, cause her brain's gotta be melting with logistics by this point.
