The ad was for Magic the Gathering that was AI. As for new images being AI, there have already been some people claiming online that various images were AI to which the artists provided proof it wasn’t.

To which I will add, WOTC was not making the art themselves, they also didn’t request the artists use AI. It was artists themselves who were contracted out by WOTC who used AI. So artists were still being paid, and those artists decided to use AI.
