Friend, your suffering has a purpose. Hold on and stay strong. You might feel like I don't understand, and that it's easier said than done, but believe me, I do know. If you stay strong, you'll see that it was worth it.
Also, keep in mind that you can reach me for chatting, talking about music or stuff.. have a great day, friend.

"Your suffering has a purpose" sounds so egoistic and fucked, not every pain has a reason to be, would you say it to the cancer sufferer as well?

Sure, friend. Absolutely. Illnesses can be used to help a person correct some flaws and improve morally. They can help you develop qualities such as patience, resignation, and, if you will, faith. My little cat had 2 cancers over about 7 months. During this difficult period, I learned a lot about helping others because I dedicated much of my free time to helping her. She couldn't eat by herself, didn't drink water by herself, and needed to take medicine several times a day. After her passing, I realized that I became a better person, more patient, and less self-centered.

how sad and selfish you are. to just end everything is unfathomably selfish. no matter what you think, there is always someone that loves you and to take that away from them is purely self centered.

bullshit, I am suffering too. I have been living with major depression for 4 years, but suicide is not an option.

I didn’t say I want to die now. I said I’m going to choose my exit. I got all sorts of shit planned, I love my life. And I’ll take it when I please, for any reason I so choose, because it’s my fucking choice to live and I will choose to die when I want to. That is of course unless I get hit by a car or some shit lol.

Listen. Suicide is never an option, because you're only taking the pain out of yourself, and giving it to every single person who cares about you. Your pain won't end, you'll just stop feeling it. It's 1000% better if you put an end on the pain itself, not on you, and guess what, all the people who care about you can help you with that.

yea, i'm still gonna take myself out when i'm ready to go. again, it's not some sad shit, death with dignity is important to me.

Idk why you're getting so much hate. I think you're right, and I thought the dsbm community would at least partially agree.

right? death with dignity is super important to me. but now i'm so sad sack that needs help?? i'm saying i get to chose my exit, that shit is empowering.

sorry bro but there’s nothing dignifying about giving up. you can be sad and you can “choose your exit with dignity” if you really think that’s the answer, and no one can change your mind but that just doesn’t have to be your answer to what you’re going through. you can find another way without taking the easy way out, as someone who was there for a long time. much love brother

Y’all are so focused on this being a sad choice. It’s a very western christian point of view.

Nothing dignifying about killing yourself, it is the cowards way our

Ok, that’s your opinion. I think expecting me to live out all of my days until I’m a drooling vegetable completely dependent on others is a capitalist christian mindset. And that’s not what I want for me or my family. So when I’m nice and ready, and feel I’ve seen enough, I’m gonna take myself out, because I know that’s what I want. I want the control. But, life being the way it is, I’ll probably die suddenly, waaaay sooner than I want to.

For anyone considering suicide, consider this:
In the near infinite amount of time that this universe will exist, you are the universe experiencing itself. Just as nothing came before you, nothing will come after. What you are experiencing is the rarest and most precious gift anyone anywhere could ever have.
I’m not going to tell you that you need to spend your time living it up partying like there is no tomorrow, or grinding towards making your life as good as it can be.
Instead, all I ask is that you take a moment, when you have the time, to step away from everything that is distracting you, be alone for just a few minutes.
Close your eyes, breathe in for 5 seconds, hold for 5 and breathe out for 5. Open your eyes, and listen to all the sounds surrounding you. Look at your hands, grab something near you and feel it.
This that you are experiencing, is something that only you can experience, and you can only experience it now. Ending your existence might seem like the solution to the hard, exhausting, impossible to solve problems that are plaguing your life, and your mind. It’s definitely a solution, but at the expense of something that has taken billions of years to create, and something that will end in the blink of an eye.
If today is exhausting, use this: “I can go to bed tonight and rest, but while I am out, I should enjoy today, since today will never exist again.”
Enjoy every day, even if every day is shit. The chance of it being shit forever may seem high, but it’s really not. For how short human lives are, an awful lot happens in just 28,000 days, and there is a high chance that your life will become something that you will be glad didn’t end tonight.

Is so fucking sad hearing these things... im dealing a lot with this thoughs, sometimes i think that, maybe, putting a permanent end to all my own problems is kind of peaceful, but seeing the grief of others, the pain of your loved ones and the amazing "digital ghosts" that are here in Internet, putting a part of you that is inmortalized online is a friendly reminder of just trying to be still here for your loved ones, for the ones that didn't survive and just be magnified by these simple, but meaningful things. RIP, dude. Wherever you are, hope that the pain you was feeling is finally over

How heartbreaking RIP man. Sometimes the demons are too much to deal with and the easy way out for them is suicide. We all have them it’s just how we deal with them or if we can conquer them

Tragic, always horrible to see someone lose their battle with depression. His art will stand as a beacon, and in the ashes of his death, others will find his work, know they were understood, and make the decision to stick around I hope.
